Glazed Mini Meat Loaves

1/2 cup preservative free ketchup, divided

4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 small onion, diced

1 Tbsp Chosen Foods Avocado Oil

1- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef

½ cup corn meal

1 egg, beaten

1 tsp marjoram

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Preheat the oven to 350°. In a small bowl combine 1/4 cup ketchup with Worcestershire sauce. Stir and set aside.

Saute oil and onion on medium heat until soft (about 10 minutes), remove from heat.

In a medium bowl mix ground beef, onion, cornmeal, beaten egg, 1/4 cup ketchup, marjoram, sea salt, and pepper. Place mixture into muffin tins and place on a baking pan. Pour Worcestershire/ketchup sauce evenly on top of each loaf.

Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes, remove from oven and let it sit for 5 minutes before removing from pan or slicing.

This recipe makes about 12 standard muffin tin sized meat loaves.
