Harissa Cornbread with Chosen Foods Harissa Mayo

Harissa Cornbread

2 eggs
1 cup Chosen Foods Chosen Foods Avocado Oil Harissa Mayo
1 can corn, drained
1 cup milk
1 package 20oz. cornbread mix

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a square baking pan with Chosen Foods avocado oil spray. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat the two eggs, then add mayonnaise, corn, and milk. Stir to combine. Add in cornbread mix and stir just until moistened. Spread batter into pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack in pan for 5 minutes before removing from the pan. 

This is truly the best cornbread I've ever made! The surprising ingredient is the Chosen Foods Harissa Mayo that adds a great flavor to this side dish.
