Pear Berry Smoothie

(Recipe makes 2 servings)

1 pear, chopped

1/2 cup frozen berries

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

1 Tbsp Nutiva chia seeds

1/4 cup Bobs Red Mill gluten free quick oats

2 Tbsp The Natural Citizen Organic Protein*

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup plant based milk of choice
