Pumpkin Pie Protein Bites

1 1/2 cups slivered almonds
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 Tbsp Nutiva chia seeds
1 scoop/pouch Natural Citizen Organic Protein*
3/4 cup raisins
3/4 cup dates, pits removed
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 Tbsp water

Combine the first 5 ingredients (through the protein powder) in the food processor and pulse until they form a powder (about 20 seconds). Add in remaining ingredients until it starts to ball up (about 1-2 minutes). Using wet hands, press into a plastic wrap line square pan. Place another piece of plastic wrap on top and press flat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Remove plastic wrap pieces. Cut into desired shape and enjoy!
