Peaches 'n Cream Toast
2 slices whole grain or gluten free bread
1/4 cup plain yogurt or skyr
1 peach, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp low-sugar coconut or granola of choice
Toast bread to desired crispness. Divide plain yogurt and spread half on each piece of toast. Add sliced peaches to the middle of each piece. Sprinkle granola and/or coconut on top, and enjoy!
