Nutrition Coaching is designed to teach you what it means to eat healthy and how to do it in an individualized setting. Our coaching style is client-based as we adjust to meet your specific, individualized needs.
Every person and family is different. Some people are looking to achieve a weight loss goal, while others may be looking to increase their energy level and feel better. Some families need ideas for healthy, kid-friendly meals and snacks. Others have health issues, and need to learn specific nutrition principles. Nutrition coaching is available for individuals, couples, or families.

Nutrition Education is designed to give you a generalized overview of certain nutrition topics. If you are looking for general information from a trusted nutrition expert, nutrition education sessions are for you.
Rather than individualized support, you will learn basic information about any of the topics below. Nutrition Education sessions last 45 minutes (30 minutes of education and 15 minutes of Q&A time). Please email for pricing information.
