Apple Nachos make the perfect added sugar free treat any time of year! But especially in the fall when apples are in peak season and so juicy and sweet, you'l never miss the added sugar!

1-2 Fuji apples
All natural peanut butter (I use this one)
Chopped medjool dates
Other topping options: granola, nuts, coconut
Slice your apples horizontally to produce round "chips" for your nachos, or use a spiralizer for thin strings. If you will not be eating them right away, squirt them with a little lemon juice to prevent browning. Top with a drizzle of peanut butter, or other nut butter, medjool dates, cacao nibs, or even your favorite granola. Enjoy!
