Multigrain Chicken and Bean Nachos
Chosen Foods avocado oil
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
2 Aidells Chicken Apple Sausage links, chopped
1/2 cup low sodium canned garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
Late July Organic Sea Salt by The Seashore Snack Chips
Avocado for garnish
Heat avocado oil over medium heat in a medium skillet. Add chopped onion and sausage. Sauté for 10-15 minutes stirring occasionally. While the sausage and onion are sautéing, arrange chips and avocado on a plate. Once onions and sausage are browned, arrange on top of chips. Add garbanzo beans. Enjoy!
