Get your tastebuds ready, because I promise you’ve never had a more delicious low carb pizza!

Anytime you hear the words low carb pizza, you might be tempted to think of something that’s brand and flavorless. But I promise you my Everything Bagel Low Carb Chicken Pizza will blow you away with how simple and delicious it is!

Is gluten free pizza low carb?

Typically, no. Gluten free pizza is often made with potato or rice flour, and while it is definitely delicious, it isn’t exactly what I’d call low carb. In fact, it’s often not very blood sugar friendly either.

But, I have a delicious option for gluten free pizza crust that is also a low carb pizza option!

What are Egglife egg white wraps?

Egglife egg white wraps are made of egg whites and seasoning and resemble a tortilla. But their texture and flavor make them a perfect option for a low carb pizza crust. They’re also higher in protein and come in a variety of flavors which you can find at your local Sprouts Farmers Market. (I love that I can find new low-carb products at Sprouts!)

This week I tried the Everything Bagel Egglife Egg White Wraps, which are exclusively available at Sprouts now! Each Egglife ready-to-eat egg white wrap is at least 95% egg whites and a delicious and nutritious choice for any wrap-based meal or snack! We’ll use this flavor to make our low carb pizza recipe!

What is in everything bagel seasoning?

And if you’re unsure what I mean when I say “Everything bagel seasoning,” it’s a seasoning blend that includes: poppy seeds, white and black sesame seeds, minced garlic, onion flakes, and sea salt.

How to make low carb pizza

To make a low carb pizza, we need to think about the crust (which we discussed above), our sauce, and toppings.

Low carb pizza sauce options

When choosing a sauce for a low carb pizza, look for tomato sauces that don’t have added sugar, or opt for a creamy white sauce or a pesto sauce!

Low carb pizza toppings

The possibilities of low carb toppings are endless! Everything from meats, to cheeses, to veggies will work!

How to turn egg white wraps into low carb tortilla pizzas

But, now to the question you’re probably still wondering about… how do we turn an egg white wrap into a pizza? Well, we do it much like we would a tortilla pizza.

First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Then, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it lightly with oil. Add the egglife® wraps to the baking sheet and bake them for 5 minutes. Next, remove them from the oven, flip them over, and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

Now, take your wraps/pizza crusts out of the oven, but don’t turn your oven off just yet. Add your desired toppings on top of your pizzas and bake them in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
