There are a number of reasons someone could need to follow a grain free diet, and often that means expensive grain free or paleo baking mixes. My homemade paleo flour blend is easy to mix and if you shop in the bulk section at your local store, much more affordable than buying mixes. Try the mix below in any of these recipes:
Paleo Blueberry Breakfast Bars
Paleo Sweet Potato Spice Muffins
Simply add up the total volume of the different flours called for in a recipe and substitute for an equal volume of my homemade paleo flour blend. Note: I do not include xanthan gum in this blend. If a recipe calls for it, make sure to include it.

What is the carb total for 1/4 of a cup?
Hi Lynn- 1/4 cup of this blend has 16g carb and 4g fiber.
Can this keto flour recipe be used in place of regular all-purpose flour with a 1:1 exchange rate?
I would not sub this 1:1 for regular flour in recipes. Grain free flours don’t act the same in recipes as traditional flours.
If I’ve to make a roti/flat bread with paleo flour which liquid ingredient I can use ; coconut milk or water?
Hi there! I don’t have experience making a flat bread from scratch with this blend. However, if you have a favorite recipe or method you use, I’d recommend subbing in this blend to start and make adjustments as needed.
