1 pound trimmed and peeled brussel sprouts
2 Tbsp Chosen Foods avocado oil
2 drops Young Living Lemon Vitality essential oil (or juice from half a lemon)
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
Dash of black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine avocado oil and lemon essential oil in small glass bowl, stir gently to combine. In a medium sized metal or glass bowl, combine brussel sprouts, oil/lemon mixture, and spices and toss to coat the brussel sprouts. Spread onto a large baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Carefully, shake the pan to ensure even browning. Reduce heat to 350, bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
