American Flag Toast

1 slice whole grain or gluten free bread

1 Tbsp plain yogurt

9 blueberries

1 Tbsp Raspberry Chia Jam

1/4 banana, sliced

Toast bread to desired crispness. Cut banana slices in half as shown. Spread yogurt in upper left corner, and jam in remaining area. Arrange blueberries and bananas as shown. Enjoy!
