Nutrition Coaching is designed to teach you what it means to eat healthy and how to do it in an individualized setting. Our coaching style is client-based as we adjust to meet your specific, individualized needs.
Every person and family is different. Some people are looking to achieve a weight loss goal, while others may be looking to increase their energy level and feel better. Some families need ideas for healthy, kid-friendly meals and snacks. Others have health issues, and need to learn specific nutrition principles. Nutrition coaching is available for individuals, couples, or families.
Nutrition Coaching can be purchased one month at a time, or within a package.
One month of nutrition coaching includes:
- 1 in-person meeting*
- Dietary analysis
- Individualized goals
- Email support
- 1 week meal plan
*Follow-up nutrition coaching meetings may be purchased at an additional cost.
