Honey Lime Brussel Sprouts
3 tbsp Chosen Foods avocado oil
6 drops Young Living lime vitality (or juice from 1 lime)
1 Tbsp honey (or maple syrup if vegan)
1 pound brussel spouts, trimmed and washed
Sea salt to taste
Mix avocado oil, lime EO, and honey (or maple syrup) in small glass bowl. Place brussel sprouts in large bowl. Pour oil and honey mixture over brussel sprouts and toss to coat. Spread into even layer on baking sheet and top with sea salt. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Shake pan to ensure even browning. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
