When she’s not developing recipes that will literally blow your taste bud’s mind, she’s encouraging people to take a proactive approach to health and nutrition by sharing her thoughts on her blog.

Marissa Allen is a wife, mother to 2, and the force behind FirstandFull.com She is known for her easy weeknight recipes and meal prep shortcuts. When she's not in the kitchen or chasing her kids, Joy and Jeff Jr., she can be found supporting her husband, Jeff Allen, #79 on the Houston Texans. She believes in the fundamental power of food to bring people together and frequently hosts casual dinner parties at her home.

Leah Egwuatu is a fit mom blogger and wife with 3 kids in tow! Workouts and dairy-free recipes are her thing; pre/postnatal training is her game. Before coffee she's a hot mess.
