Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
Whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. This is your salmon glaze. Set this aside for now.
Toss the broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and carrots with the remaining olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Spread the vegetables evenly on the sheet pan. Roast in your oven for 15 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and push the veggies to the side to make room for the salmon filets. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the pan and brush generously with your prepared glaze.
Return the pan to the oven for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork and veggies are tender. Broil for 1–2 minutes for caramelization if desired.
Once finished, remove the pan from the oven and drizzle any extra glaze over the salmon and veggies.
