Green Superfood Smoothie Ideas

Green Pina Colada Smoothie

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 frozen banana
2 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or more if you like it less thick)
3 medjool dates, pits removed
1 Tbsp Nutiva chia seeds
1-2 cups raw kale greens

Blend on high until smooth. Enjoy! Top with more shredded coconut and some raw cashews.


Green Superfood Smoothie Bowl

1 frozen banana

½ cup frozen pineapple

2oz. Lakewood aloe juice

1oz. Young Living Ningxia Red

1 ½ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 cup raw kale greens

1 Tbsp Nutiva chia seeds

½ tsp pure vanilla extract

Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender for 60 seconds. Pour into bowl and top with topping of choice!

1/2 green apple

2 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill gluten free oats

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or more if you like it less thick)

2oz. Lakewood aloe juice

1 Tbsp Nutiva chia seeds

1-2 cups raw kale greens

Blend all ingredients until smooth in a high powered blender. Top with Bare Snacks organic apple chips and Essential Living Foods Organic Superfood Trail Mix!
